We were on our way to see our friends Dennis and Frieda Fast. It was mid August and we had been on the road for 2 months. Once we turn the car around, we tend to stop less to photograph. I had to stop and shoot these sunflowers along the Yellowhead Highway near Neepawa, Manitoba. They looked so beautiful against the blue sky.
